Just a reminder, please do not leave your Garage Door Openers in your vehicles. Just this week in Northeast alone, we have had 3 cars broken into where the garage opener was stolen and used to break into the garage and take high end bicycles and other property. Be aware of your surroundings and pay....

The Fresno Police have noticed a disturbing trend that is emerging. Garages are being broken into without showing signs of forced entry. This could be due to burglars using garage door openers left in unlocked cars in the driveway. Please do not leave openers in your car at any time, locked or not.....

Thank you to all our residents that took time to come out and meet our officers at our first "Smoothie with a Cop" event. Thank you Jamba Juice (Cedar/Shaw) and City Council President Paul Caprioglio of D4 for hosting this wonderful event. We had so much fun meeting the residents and students while enjoying smoothies.

Thank you to Starbucks at Shaw and First for partnering with officers from the Northeast Policing District yesterday for a Coffee With a Cop event. Our thanks also go out to the community members who attended and Councilman Paul Caprioglio's District 4 staff for making this event a success! We appreciate the opportunity to "serve and protect" in a completely different way!

The Fresno Police's Northeast District participated in National Night Out and had a great time. McGruff the Crime Dog even made it out to a few events in between working hard to "Take a bit out of crime". Thank you to all of our community partners and neighborhoods that took place in the event to make this years events a success.
