The KSU Third Thursday Thing is a monthly, free sustainable agriculture workshop held on the third Thursday of each month to assist small, limited-resource, and beginning farmers in Kentucky. To sign up for transportation to these events, please call the Extension Office at 606-768-3866.

Our sewing class had such a great turnout! 🧵 Each participant went home with a dress and hat fit for a porch goose. 🪿

We covered sewing machine and stitching basics, cutting fabric and following a pattern- all the skills to get started with sewing.

To all the sewists out there with a favorite project or pattern, consider helping us lead a workshop! There’s nothing better than passing along creativity to others. 💛

2025 CAIP Applications will be available for pickup on February 16 at 8 am at the Menifee County Extension Office. There will be an informational meeting on February 19 at the Extension Office at 6 pm.

Menifee Beef Producers are invited to attend an educational meeting focused on calf health programs. This will qualify as a CAIP Education meeting. Please RSVP by March 13.

Exciting news! 🎉 4-H Teen Conference Registration Cost has been reduced to $100 for Menifee County Teens.

This is a great opportunity for teens to build leadership skills, explore college life on UK campus, and make friendships that will last a lifetime! Transportation will be provided.
