Michigan has fallen 13 spots nationally in economic ranking since 2019: from 19th to 32nd. That’s not progress, that’s a warning sign.

It’s time to turn things around. We need to re-instate right to work, protect our farmers, lower both business and personal income taxes, and create an environment where young families can stay, grow, and thrive right here in Michigan.

The future of our state depends on the choices we make now. Let’s get Michigan back on track.

I’m proud and honored to have the endorsement of Roger Victory as I run for State Representative.

Roger is not only a dedicated public servant, but also a farm owner who has been a strong voice for farmers across Michigan throughout his time in the legislature. As he runs for the Michigan State University Board of Trustees, he’s bringing real agricultural experience into education, ensuring that the perspective of Michigan’s farming community is represented at the highest levels.

🌾 Happy National Ag Day!

Michigan agriculture contributes over $100 billion to our economy and is one of the most diverse in the country. Here in the 101st District, it’s the backbone of our local communities and way of life.

Having worked in the ag industry for many years, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges Michigan farmers face. From 2012 to 2022, more than 6,600 farms were sold (covering nearly half a million acres) as land prices rose due to demand from housing, solar, and data centers. Rising costs, regulations, and uncertainty are forcing many to diversify just to stay sustainable, and fewer farms are being passed on to the next generation.

Michigan farmers deserve a voice that understands these challenges and will stand up for them.
