JobsOhio is introducing their new Technician Path program!
This new program is designed to help Ohio employers of any size develop their team and strengthen our state’s workforce. Whether you have 10 employees or 10,000, this initiative supports you in training workers while they earn a paycheck and a valuable credential simultaneously.
Why participate?
✅ Up to $10,000 per worker: Receive funding in three milestones as your employee advances through their training.
✅ Flexible Funds: Use the support for wages, tuition, recruiting, or supervisor time—whatever helps your business grow.
✅ Expert Support: You don’t have to do it alone. Access hands-on guidance to design training plans, connect with partners, and navigate the application process.
