Fremont Age Well Centers This is the official page of the Age Well Centers at Lake Elizabeth and South Fremont.

The Age Well Center —a "second home" for thousands of seniors in our community—provides a broad range of classes, workshops, services, and events throughout the year. The Age Well Center at Lake Elizabeth also operates a healthy meals program, plans exciting day trip and overnighters (not at this time), and rents its facilities to community groups (not at this time).

Dust off your dancing shoes and learn how to ballroom line dance! This is a beginners and intermediate line dancing class where you will learn basic ballroom steps as well. So come by yourself, with your partner or friends, and have fun. Enjoy the music, be stimulated, make new friends, and dance like no one is watching!

Join the Age Well Center for an informative presentation on Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA.) RA is an inflammatory condition. It involves various joints of the body which present as morning stiffness and fatigue. RA may also affect organ systems like the heart, lungs and subcutaneous nodules. Early treatment of RA can lead to preservation of function and prevention of joints deformities and pulmonary and cardiac complications. This presentation will discuss the difference between Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid Arthritis; symptoms and treatments. Presented by Amna Zahra.

The Wellness Expo will feature community resource representatives, interactive exercise demonstrations, on-site health screenings and much more.
