Thank you to everyone who came to the 2025- 2026 Sandusky County Community Health Assessment Release. Thank you to our partners who presented data and to our guest speaker Ty Sells from Youth to a Youth International.

If you missed it, the Community Health Assessment will be posted on the SCPH website soon.

This data will be used to create the new Community Health Improvement Plan in the fall. This plan will identify strategies for
to help make Sandusky County a healthier place to live, work, and play.

The Save A Life Naloxone Program and Sandusky County Public Health are proud to provide multiple Outdoor Naloxbox locations throughout Sandusky County to help increase access to lifesaving naloxone in our community. πŸ’™πŸ’›

Naloxone can reverse an opioid overdose and help save a life while emergency services are on the way. These boxes are free to access and available to anyone who may need them.
