We are comprised of nearly 1,900 single family homes in central Fremont characterized by ranch style homes on large lots with neighborhood schools and parks. Glenmoor Gardens is rich in history and tradition. We are proud to maintain a small town neighborhood feel to our community where everyone knows their neighbors. Our residents are diverse and still include many original Glenmoor Gardens homeo

wners. The homes in Glenmoor Gardens are part of Glenmoor Gardens Homeowners Association (GGHA). GGHA is overseen by a Board and office staff whose primary focus is to improve and maintain the two private parks and recreation facilities, as well as ensure homeowner adherance to the association’s bylaws and CC&Rs attached to all property deeds. GGHA also publicizes a biannual newsletter and sponsors several annual community events such as a Fourth of July parade & BBQ, Summer Movies in the Park Series, Easter Egg hunts and a holiday tree-lighting ceremony, for Glenmoor's residents. Our community is proud to have several wonderful recreation amenities available to our residents. Glenmoor Gardens has private parks, pools, tennis and basketball courts located in the heart of our association available for residents' use.

GGHA held its annual meeting on June 4th, included updates on association and city projects with guest speaker, Fremont City Councilmember Kathy Stahl Kimberlin. The presentation is now available on www.glenmoorgardens.com for residents only (use your login and password to access). Don't have your GGHA account set up yet? Go to the site to register as a homeowner. Resident access allows you to pay assessments online, reserve park/pool parties, sign up for swimming lessons, buy pool/court memberships and learn about community events, updates and news from the GGHA board. Annual GGHA 4th of July Celebration will be held at Meyer Park for 2026

Join family, friends and neighbors for our community parade, swimming and fun!

Festivities begin with our very own Glenmoor parade.

Parade staging begins at 10:30am in Mayfield Court.
The parade begins at 11:00am.
Decorate, ride, push or pull anything on wheels - bikes, trikes, wheelbarrows, wheelchairs, strollers or wagons.
If you can’t participate in the parade - come watch and cheer.
The pool will open immediately after the parade.
Swimming is FREE to all Glenmoor residents.

Kennedy High School Wrestling Team will be on site to serve BBQ meals for purchase.

Hamburger, Veggie or Hot Dog Meals will be available for purchase.
All meals include chips and a drink.
Assorted treats will be available for purchase.
Cash and Venmo accepted.
Parade Route - We will be staging the parade in Mayfield Court.

We will be walking down Mayfield Drive, turning left onto Glenview Drive, turning left onto Northdale Drive and turning left onto Glenmoor Drive, and then carefully crossing Eggers towards the park.

Hi Neighbors, we are entering an exciting stage of the Alta Pool Project, rebar installation to prepare for the cement deck pour next week! We're excited to open the pool this Summer (TBD on grand opening). Also, don't forget to vote in GGHA elections, we need more ballots, look for the white envelope from Pro Elections, mail in ASAP, vote for TWO candidates! If you care about our amenities, property values, enjoy pickleball and community events, it's important for you to vote.
