Cooper Corliss / Silver Creek Industrial Bldg The Biggest Wheel Around Weighing in at 130-tons and sporting a 25'4" flywheel, this is one of the largest stationary steam engines found in the United States.

The engine is still run using steam. Operating schedule is tied to operating schedule of Steam Train. Please see website for dates and times. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.

Ok kids. Saturday & Sunday of Labor Day weekend will probably be last operating days of this year for the Cooper. Tell all your friends and come out and see us

The Cooper Building wants to welcome Raymond to the fold. He is all go and no whoa. He has managed to work with Steve on the boiler and not strangle him. Today, Eugene and Chris showed him all that needed to be done to get the Cooper ready to go. Following their excellent tutelage Raymond started the Cooper. First time the engine has run in 1-1/2 years due to the flue project.
