PRESS RELEASE: EXHAUSTED BY INSIDER STOCK TRADES,
‘TAXMAN TOM’ SUOZZI SLEEPS THROUGH STATE OF THE UNION - REFUSES TO STAND FOR U.S. CITIZENS, CRIME VICTIM FAMILIES
Tom Suozzi made millions off stock trades while serving in Congress. Long Island families got tax hikes, inflation, and now a $90 congestion pricing hit just to drive into Manhattan.
And during the State of the Union, when families of murdered crime victims were recognized, when American safety should have come first, what did Taxman Tom do?
He couldn’t even stand.
This isn’t representation. It’s a slap in the face to the people who pay his salary.
How much more of this guy do we have to take?
While Suozzi cashes in, hardworking families in Queens and Nassau are paying more at the pump, more at the grocery store, more in property taxes, and now more just to sit in traffic. A trip that used to be free now costs $90 while the sun is shining.
Tom Suozzi serves himself and no one else. His constituents got tax hikes and inflation. He got richer.
We’re even launching a caption contest asking residents what exactly was going through his mind in that now-infamous photo. “Nothing” is an acceptable answer.
We can laugh at the photo. But the underlying truth is serious.
He is not representing the hardworking families of Queens and Nassau.
He’s got to be removed.
