My Story

Hi my name is Staff Sergeant Wesley Tefft, and I joined the Air Force back in February of 2013. I was 21 years old, broke, and trying to figure out how I was going to be able to pay for college, and I knew something had to change. So one day I worked up the courage to walk into my local Air Force recruiters office to see what the Air Force could offer me, and to my surprise they told me that not only could the Air Force pay for my college but they would pay me while I went to school. So fast forward nearly seven years and I’ve been able to shoot up the ranks and have a stable job to provide for me and my family. I’ve been stationed in Europe and have traveled to 17 different countries, and now I’m lucky enough to be recruiting here in Long Island. With all that being said go ahead and stop by and ask me more about my Air Force story, or better yet let me answer questions on what the Air Force can do for you!
