Only a few days away!

The Fredonia Police Benevolent Association will be hosting our annual Community Cleanup Day on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 10AM.

Volunteers are asked to meet at the Water St. Municipal Parking Lot, where you’ll be assigned a cleanup area and provided with garbage bags and gloves.

Coffee, beverages, and hot dogs will be provided ☕🌭

We appreciate anyone willing to come out and help keep our community clean. Hope to see you there! 🌎♻️

As you know, every year the Fredonia Police Benevolent Association hosts an annual picnic on the third Wednesday in July as a fun community event that brings local businesses together. This is a fundraiser event for the P.B.A. The current members had a meeting and deliberated to either significantly raise prices or cancel the event. The vote was made and unfortunately the picnic will have to be cancelled this year. This difficult decision was made and we understand it will upset people that look forward to the event. But, due to the rising costs, the ticket price would have had to be $60.00 plus, to even break even. The union found this would be insulting to the community. We will begin planning for next year and are open to new options. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause. We thank you for your continued support.

We are just one week away from our annual Community Cleanup Day! Come help tidy up our Village next Sunday April 6th! Volunteers can meet at the Water St Municipal lot at 10:45AM to be assigned a cleanup area and provided with trash bags and gloves. ♻️🗑️🌎

Refreshments including coffee, timbits, and hot dogs will be available to volunteers! ☕️🌭🧃

Fredonia Police is preparing for the annual community cleanup. We need your help. Please share so that we can reach people in every zone. Each year several volunteers show up and take on assignments. When this first started my kids were little and to make it fun we split the Village into 35 precincts. We are looking for those that can pick up areas around your home or your street or your business/rentals. Sending this out ahead of time so if you can’t make the event, maybe you could relieve the other volunteers by cleaning up TODAY. Thank you all in advance. Tag someone you know in every precinct.
