The MARS (Mobile Adjustable Ramp System) is a rapidly deployable Elevated Tactics System engineered for Special Operations Forces, SWAT/Tactical Teams, and Counter Terrorism Units.
Mounted on armored and non-armored vehicle platforms such as the FORD F550, the MARS delivers elevated access for breaching, rooftop insertion, aircraft intervention, barricade resolution, hostage rescue, and urban assault scenarios.

An outstanding and highly productive first two days at SOF Week.

We’ve had the opportunity to engage with end users, program managers, industry leaders, and strategic partners from across the special operations and defense community. The conversations surrounding emerging operational requirements, evolving mission sets, and next-generation capability development continue to reinforce the importance of innovation, adaptability, and partnership.

This week has already generated meaningful collaboration and forward-looking discussions focused on the future of mission success across maritime mobility, elevated tactics, and integrated operational capabilities.

We’re looking forward to continuing the momentum throughout the remainder of the week and are excited about the programs, partnerships, and future capabilities on the horizon.

PATRIOT3’s Micro Nav Board (MNB) is a slim, compact, and cost effective diver navigation board. The MNB is available in either Centered or Offset configurations and features a shrouded phosphorescent SUUNTO compass with Red, Blue, or Green illumination.

The MNB is submersible up to 150ft (45m) and features two accessory slots for a dive watch and depth gauge.

“Jeff Samuel is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL with 20 years of service! After retirement, Jeff was rehired by the government to develop an undersea department at ST6, where he helped refine underwater tactics and develop propulsion and navigation equipment. It was during this time-working at the cutting edge of undersea operations-that he found himself drawn into the world of underwater photography.

Jeff often says he “nerded out” on underwater photography.
Six years ago, after moving to Florida, he went all in-studying with industry leaders Stephen Frink and Erin Quigley, and dedicating himself to constant practice. For Jeff, underwater photography isn’t about just capturing a subject, it’s about capturing the entire scene. He focuses on natural movement, behavior, and the character of marine life. For Jeff, the art is as much about patience as it is about technical skill.

His mission now extends beyond photography. Three years ago, Jeff founded SubSurface Veterans , a nonprofit organization dedicated to taking veterans on free dive trips and memorial dives. The goal is simple, create space for veterans to relax, reconnect, and bond with one another while exploring the depths and honoring those who came before them.
