Thank you Gwyneth's Gift Foundation for coming to our office to teach Hands-Only CPR!
Cardiac emergencies can happen anywhere, at any time. Knowing how to respond, and having the confidence to act, can make a critical difference for someone’s parent, child, friend, coworker, or neighbors. We were grateful for the opportunity to learn these lifesaving skills and strengthen our ability to help in an emergency.

❤️ June is CPR Awareness Month, and we’re grateful for partners like RPI Group Inc. who are helping us build a 𝘾𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.
This week, the RPI team participated in Hands-Only CPR training and also made a generous $2,000 contribution to our June Appeal Campaign. Their support helps us continue providing lifesaving education, increasing AED awareness, and empowering more people to act when every second counts.
When someone suffers sudden cardiac arrest, brain damage can begin in as little as 4–6 minutes, while EMS response times often average 6–8 minutes. That’s why trained bystanders matter.
