Come out to Courtland High School where local FFA chapters present AG day! This free local event is focused on educating the public about agriculture. We are also using this venue to raise funds. Several chapters have plants, chickens and eggs. Come join us from 10 to 2. Follow the signs at the entrance to Courtland High School.

Massaponax FFA invites YOU to enter our LEGO® MOC Competition and imagine what agriculture could look like in the future! Whether you're a student, family, faculty member, or community builder, this is your chance to showcase creativity while supporting a great cause.

💲 $5 per submission
🌎 Open to all ages
🏆 Prizes awarded by category

This voluntary fundraiser directly supports MHS FFA members by helping fund field trips, leadership conferences, competitions, and hands-on agricultural experiences. Every build makes a difference!

You can register using the school cash online Portal. Builders of all ages can participate as individuals or as groups. Please see the attached information:

Those not attending Massaponax can submit cash or pay by credit card at the school when registering.

We invite you to visit our Business partner Bricks and Minifigs Fredericksburg, VA to purchase Bulk Lego or make a Bulk Lego Purchase in the name of Massaponax FFA to contribute to this effort.

Elementary School teachers in the Spotsylvania District and K-2 level parents and homeschoolers, please join us on February 25th from 4-6pm at Bricks and Minifigs as we celebrate National FFA week with activities related to this year's National Agricultural Literacy Week Reading Farm Boots, by Lisl H. Detlefsen in partnership with Spotsylvania Farm Bureau Women's Leadership Committee. We look forward to celebrating with you!

Hello all. Looking for a few local dental offices/businesses to help with our Holiday boxes. The number of boxes we are helping with has increased dramatically. When we started several years ago we were only assisting with 50 boxes. Now. The number has grown to 91.

We (Massaponax FFA) are looking for sponsors for kids toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, floss, hats and gloves. We do have small quantities of some items. If several businesses and organizations could come together we could make the holidays a little easier for a few families this year. Va AG in the classroom has generously sent a box filled with AG literacy related goodies. My students are working hard to assemble ornaments and gather small toys and candies. We would love your help or if you know of possible sponsors.

For Teacher Appreciation Week, I'd love for my former students to tell me how you are doing and what you are doing (school, job, career, family, etc..)! Even if you know that I know all about it - I want to hear from you!

What are you doing with your lives?! I know some of you are all grown, out of college, have babies, careers, etc. If you’ve ever been my student, I would LOVE to know what you’re up to now and if you have anything big happening! This includes being a parent, improving your health, small steps in positive directions. Going to college and job promotions are not the only successes that matter. I am proud of all of you for so many victories. 🤗 Your future is what teaching/coaching is all about at the end of the day. ♥️

Tomorrow is the plant sale at MHS for our FFA chapter! 8 to 12 at the school greenhouse . We've worked very hard to prepare a variety of annuals, herbs, perennials and vegetables for our customers . We have quite a few unique varieties of mints, Agastache, yarrow, basil, etc. A pic is coming with a list/catalog. We are running a little behind and all the information will be up to date asap. We have had some very large orders processed this week are updating everything to reflect that.

Would you like to know what unique things have been happening at Massaponax FFA? Are you interested in sponsoring one of our unique programs or activities?
