🌸🥂I am currently on ~vacation mode~ and was reminded of one of my favorite places to “vacation” close to home…

I highly recommend a day trip to Balian Springs for the most delicious food & drinks, warm spa pools, numerous salt/light/infrared room options, and more!

Each time I’ve gone it has been a relaxing and enjoyable time🧖‍♀️

One of my favorite things about being a Realtor has been to guide new buyers into dreaming and building their investment portfolio. It is so exciting today to be able to share that I can officially say I have started my own by closing on my second property! It is truly a wonderful thing to watch my vision board come to fruition and be able to continue to raise the bar for myself every year!

It all came down to the wire with this one, but not once did I have to worry because I knew I had the perfect team in my corner. I want to give a huge thank you to Janice Lanning with Prosperity Home Mortgage and Patrick Dolan with MBH Settlement- Stafford for their assistance with this one and for always making closing such a smooth process for me and for my clients!

Yesterday was signing day for my investor client Dario Cruz at MBH Settlement with Patrick Dolan. 🥂🎉🙌

Dario and I drove out to Ragged Point Beach over a year ago to look at a listed property and saw the abandoned house across the street. I hunted down the owner in N Carolina and put together the deal.

⏰Fast forward a year later, renovation work completed, I listed the house and today Dario signed as the seller. Buyer will sign on Friday!
