🎉 Fredericksburg ISD Earns an "A"! 🎉

We are proud to share some exciting news! Following the Texas Education Agency’s annual review of STAAR results, TEA re-scored responses for some students in Reading Language Arts (RLA), resulting in increased student scores.

That adjustment led to a higher Closing the Gaps score for Fredericksburg Middle School and increased Fredericksburg ISD’s overall accountability rating from a preliminary B (89) to an A (90)!

This achievement is a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and commitment of our students, teachers, staff, and families throughout the school year. From the classroom to test day, our students and educators continue to demonstrate what is possible when we work together with a shared commitment to student success.

👏 Congratulations to our students, teachers, and staff on this outstanding achievement!
We are proud of the work happening across FISD every day and, most importantly, proud of our students. Thank you for everything you do for our kids!

Celebrating Labor Day at Stonewall Elementary!
Our Stonewall fourth graders celebrated the upcoming Labor Day by learning about the value of hard work and thinking about the people who work hard each day to care for their families and communities.
Students created special cards for their parents and family members to thank them for all they do. They also made patriotic posters sharing what they hope to be when they grow up! From big dreams to heartfelt thank-yous, it was a wonderful reminder that hard work helps make those dreams possible.
We love seeing our Little Billies dream BIG and appreciate the hardworking people who inspire them every day!
🇺🇸.
Happy Labor Day from Stonewall Elementary!
