The Asian American Center of Frederick (AACF) invites you and your family to our Family Health Day Mini Clinic on Saturday, June 13, from 12:00 PM–4:00 PM at the AACF Family Support Center, 5901 Old National Pike, Frederick, MD.
This free community event offers physician consultations, health screenings, care coordination, diabetes testing, vision and hearing screenings, blood pressure checks, Mini-Cog assessments, and access to community resources.

Families can also enjoy:

Stuff the Bus starts NOW! 🚌
