Happy Mental Health Awareness Month! The National Alliance on Mental Illness is focusing on the theme of "You are not alone." This has been specially important given the COVID-19 Pandemic and guidelines to quarantine. Although we may have been 6+ feet apart from our loved ones, we are not alone in the feelings of loneliness and burning out. The Mental Health Association offers a 24-hour call center and walk-in behavioral health services if you feel like you need help facing what life is throwing at you.
