Members of the community are invited to attend an open house on Wednesday, September 24 or Thursday, September 25 to share feedback on the County’s Housing Study and Strategic Plan.

Hosted by the Frederick County Division of Housing, these events will feature interactive stations where people can provide feedback, explore key data points, connect with housing officials and organizations, and learn more about available resources. Both open houses will offer the same content, so attendees can choose the date that works best for them.

The Frederick County Division of Housing is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning, direction, and management of affordable housing developments in partnership with its developers. This role also oversees policies and programs tied to the County’s Housing Strategic Plan, including redevelopment and preservation efforts.

Salary Range: $80,252.00 - $128,402.00/Annually
Note: The upper pay range reflects possible wage rates for internal County transfers and promotions, which are calculated per County policy. For external hires, offers are made at the base wage rate, with limited exception.
