🧠 Research Spotlight: Creatine Monohydrate & Alzheimer’s Disease

New research is exploring how creatine monohydrate may support brain energy metabolism in people living with Alzheimer’s disease. Early findings from a small pilot study showed increases in brain creatine levels and improvements on some cognitive tests.

However, this research is still in the early stages. The study was small and not placebo-controlled, so larger clinical trials are needed before any conclusions can be made.

This information is shared for educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Please talk with a healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially for older adults or individuals taking medications.
