The BJP has absorbed a significant number of Congress leaders who either served as MPs or ran for MP positions in the recent elections. This influx is causing tension among BJP workers, which is evident at the grassroots level. Speaking with my cousins in UP, who are BJP supporters, they expressed dissatisfaction with the party's strategy of importing leaders and neglecting their dedicated Karyakartas. Additionally, many RSS members in UP did not actively participate in the elections as they were not called upon by the BJP, which believed they didn't need RSS support for the campaign. As a result, the BJP's internal issues and discontented Karyakartas contributed significantly to their electoral losses.

They need to halt the influx of former Congress members, as some may eventually leave the BJP for good. These individuals' ideology is shallow and does not align with that of the RSS and BJP. They joined primarily because of Modi, but Modi is not synonymous with BJP or RSS. This represents a dilution of the party's core values.
