This creative new business brings a fresh concept to Frederick County by combining locally sourced specialty coffee with a sustainable toy lending library and play space. The result is a welcoming, family-friendly community hub designed for connection and convenience. We’re excited to welcome Crybaby Café to Frederick County’s small business community.

Thursday was a productive day for Team FCOED. In the afternoon, we held RealSHARE, our monthly gathering for the local commercial real estate community, featuring discussions on foreign trade zone programs and updates on available properties.

We then wrapped up the day with our monthly EmPOWER event at The Frederick Center, where meaningful conversations focused on ways to better support LGBTQ+ businesses and customers in Frederick County.

RealSHARE and EmPOWER are two long-standing FCOED programs that continue to foster collaboration, connection, and community engagement, and we are proud to support and grow these initiatives.
