It was wonderful to participate in the Black Collective AMBER Coaching program supported by Montgomery County Economic Development Corporation - Maryland and Montgomery County Government. Thank you to County Executive marc elrich, MCEDC CEO Bill Tompkins, Council Vice President Andrew Friedson and State Delegate Greg Wims for participating.
I was part of an amazing cohort with Small Business owners that treated each other as family. We knew this program was bigger then us, it helped us look at our companies in a different light, how we operated and how we impact our community. It’s humbling and inspiring! Thank you to Kim D. Jones for being the community leader that you are, positively impacting so many small businesse owners and their employees! Randa Mostehy thank you for helping coordinate and support! Bola Audena, MBA, Business Operations Strategist and Mackens Audena, JD, MBA, PMP for your coaching and Daniel Parra for pushing me and holding me accountable! These 16 weeks have been amazing, I’ve learned a lot about my company and myself, I am excited to continue to implement new knowledge, create opportunities for others through Elizarov Consulting Group, LLC and grow as a leader in my community.
