The Town of Frannie was incorporated on June 29, 1954. Currently, our population is 162. We are considered the biggest little town in Wyoming as we are split between Big Horn and Park Counties. As of December 2015, we have an active Police Department that serves our community. The office is located at 311 Fourth Street. Included in our department is a municipal court. The court is located at 305 Fifth Street.
