Simpson County Conservation District Our purpose at the Simpson County Soil & Water Conservation District is to conserve the natural resources of Simpson County.

We do this through cost-share programs, equipment rentals, technical assistance, and educational programs.

📢 EQIP & CSP SIGN-UP DEADLINE

Kentucky producers, the deadline to apply for NRCS Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP) and Conservation Stewardship Program (CSP) is September 25, 2026.

If you’re interested in improving your farm or forestland through conservation practices, now is a good time to get started.

Contact your local Conservation District or NRCS Service Center to learn more about EQIP and CSP and find out which program opportunities are the best fit for your operation!
