ππ The Great Apple Crunch is bringing agriculture into classrooms across county lines! π
We loved visiting Mrs. Cramerβs 3rd grade class at Triton Central Elementary School to celebrate the Indiana Great Apple Crunch! Students explored apples, engaged their senses, and learned more about the fruit that makes fall so delicious. ππ¬
One exciting benefit of Purdue Extensionβs new regional model is that 4-H Educators can work beyond their home-base county lines to connect with schools and students in other counties! This creates new opportunities to share the world of 4-H, agriculture, science, and healthy living with even more Hoosier youth. π±π
Thank you, Mrs. Cramer and Triton Central Elementary, for welcoming us into your classroom! Weβre excited to keep growing connections and making an impact, one classroom (and one CRUNCH!) at a time!
