Greater Franklin HEAL is a coalition of the Caring Community Network of the Twin Rivers, Franklin Regional Hospital, the City of Franklin, the Franklin Mayor's Drug Task Force and other regional community organizations, school districts, in the city of Franklin, NH and 13 central NH towns including Tilton, Sanbornton, Northfield, New Hampton, Hill, Andover, Bristol, Brigewater, Alexandria, Hebro

n, Groton, Danbury, Salisbury. We provide community leadership, support and resources for individuals and organizations to implement healthy eating and physical activity programs, environments and policies in order to lead healthy lives.
