🚨COMMUNITY ALERT – JCP&L REPAIR NOTICE

Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) has reported that critical repairs are ongoing at a substation in our area. To help reduce the risk of additional power outages while crews complete this work, residents are encouraged to conserve electricity through 8:00 PM tonight, especially between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM when energy demand is typically highest.

Helpful energy-saving tips can be found at firstenergycorp.com/saveenergy.

If electricity demand becomes too high, JCP&L may need to temporarily interrupt power in certain areas to protect the electrical system and prevent larger outages.

We understand this may be inconvenient and sincerely appreciate the community’s cooperation and support as crews work to maintain reliable service.
