Walter Todd flooded residents seeking assistance are encouraged to visit the Multi Agency Resource Center (MARC) located at 827 Louisville Road in Frankfort. MARC will be open Monday through Friday, from 9am until 7pm.

In honor of Rosa Parks' 112th birthday, and her historic protest on December 1, 1955, the City of Frankfort proclaims today, February 4, as 'Transit Equity Day'.

The focus of Rosa Parks' protest was the unequal access of African Americans to public transit, and the issue of equal transit access based on race, income and disability continues to persist today. Equitable and accessible public transit remains a cornerstone of economic mobility, racial justice, and community resilience and is a vital tool in community development.

The City of Frankfort is proud to offer public transit in our community, and commits to continuing to improve upon these services for the betterment of the community, in honor of Rosa Parks.
