Medication Reminder
In case you missed last week’s nurse email, here are a few quick reminders:

✅️ A physician must complete/sign forms for all prescription and nonprescription medications.
✅️ Forms are at https://www.fsd157c.org/apps/pages/index.jsp?uREC_ID=1891855&type=d&pREC_ID=2038959
✅️ All medications must be brought to school by a parent/guardian in the original container with the student’s name
✅️ Inhalers must have a pharmacy label (no physician signature required)
✅️ Please schedule an appointment with the school nurse to drop off medications and forms

📅 Appointment dates: August 3–13
📞 Call your building secretary this summer to schedule and complete your child’s health care plan

Last week was a time of celebrating milestones!

To wrap up their time together at Grand Prairie, our 2nd grade students enjoyed a fun-filled class vs. class kickball tournament—a perfect way to celebrate friendships and memories made this year! 🏆️

It may be the first official day of summer break, but we’re still celebrating the incredible end-of-year achievements from last week! 🎉

FSD 157-C is proud to celebrate 13 of our incredible English Learner (EL) students achieving a score of 4.8 or higher on the WIDA ACCESS test! They have officially graduated out of the EL program. Their hard work, perseverance, and dedication have truly paid off.

Congratulations on this outstanding accomplishment. We are so very proud of you!
