🚨 Watch the video of me getting a pe*****le arrested with Alex Rosen below🚨

Joining Alex Rosen and the Pred Poachers team last month was an honor and a life-changing experience for me and Brooke.

Alex and his team travel the country and expose child predators, leading to arrests and convictions in all fifty states. I witnessed true evil in this case, where a “man” was attempting to solicit a 13 year old boy, admitted to unspeakable crimes against children, and that he’s been doing this for more than a decade. Thank God he was arrested, and I hope he spends the rest of his life in prison where he will never be able to hurt a child again.

Without this team, I don’t think Raymond Smith would have ever been caught. He’s been preying on children online since he was, at the oldest, 16. As far as I can tell, he’s never been caught. But the tactics employed by Predator Poachers bring these scum bags into the light, convinces them to voluntarily admit to their horrific crimes, and builds a case so law enforcement can make an arrest and prosecutors can put these criminals away, protecting our communities.

Watch the video and see the evil that these incredible people help take off our streets and away from our children.

Kentucky law currently drastically limits people like Alex from doing their job, making us one of fewer than ten states that have solicitation laws that render what Alex does often fruitless in court. Having seen them in action, in person, and being included in one of their operations, I can tell you that ensuring they can help bring predators in KY to justice will be a priority of mine when we return to session.

Thank you for having us, Alex! It was an honor to be a small part of your effort to protect children!

82 years later, we remember the bravery and sacrifice of D-Day.

Let us honor the greatest generation for their sacrifice to change the course of history and protect our freedoms. Every year on June 6th, we remember the 160,000 American and Allied troops who stormed the beaches at Normandy, marking a turning point for WWII.

These heroes risked it all, and more than 2,500 Americans paid the ultimate sacrifice. We will never forget the heroes of D-Day. Their courage echoes through time.

This Memorial Day, we stop to remember and honor the brave men and women who laid down their lives to protect our freedom. Their sacrifice is a debt we can never fully repay, but it is our duty to live in a way that honors their legacy.

May we always keep their families in our prayers and never take our liberty for granted. 🇺🇸

In honor of Jordan Wells, I’m at the Fill the Wells Blood Drive giving blood right now! If you’re in the Louisville area, you have a couple hours to come by and honor an incredible young man and a mission to save lives!

Jordan was a great young man taken far too soon due to errors in our criminal justice system that Logan’s Law, HB 422 which I filed with Daniel Fister, which took on Senator Brandon J. Storm’s SB 48, or Jordan’s Law, corrected to ensure violent criminals are held accountable!

Giving blood is another way to honor the innocent and save lives! Show up and make this the most successful Fill the Wells blood drive!!

Please join us today at 1 p.m. for the signing of HB 1. The bill will allow Kentucky students to benefit from scholarships funded through a federal tax credit – without costing the Commonwealth a single dollar. Because Kentuckians can already donate in other states and receive the same federal tax credit, the Governor’s veto effectively sends Kentucky dollars to educate students elsewhere instead of helping families here at home.

Please join us tomorrow at 11 a.m. for the signing of HB 78 and HB 312. HB 78 will establish clear liability protections for manufacturers, sellers, and trade associations involved in the lawful production and sale of fi****ms and ammunition. The bill will ensure these entities cannot be held responsible for damages caused by the criminal or unlawful use of their products by third parties. HB 312 is a straightforward but important statutory update that would allow eligible, law-abiding Kentucky adults between the ages of 18 and 20 to exercise their constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

I’m happy to announce that nearly $130.6 million of your tax dollars has been returned through critical investments into Boone County!

House Bill 900 includes $45 million in funding for river safety investments to benefit Boone County, to support the construction of a new river station along the Ohio River for the Boone County Water Rescue Team. Bringing tax dollars back home to support our first responders is an honor. This $45 million investment in a new river station ensures that the Boone County Water Rescue Team is equipped and ready to respond whenever our community is in need.

HB 900 represents a continued effort by Kentucky lawmakers to make strategic investments in rural communities, ensuring they have the resources needed to thrive while preserving the character and strengths that make them unique.

HB 502 further appropriates $84.9 million to Boone County in the biennial road plan. Key projects in House District 66 include funding to address regional transportation projects determined by the Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments (OKI), I-275 to address bridge deficiencies, KY 18 Burlington Pike, and CR 1001 to improve the safety and mobility along Camp Ernst Road from Pleasant Valley Road to Hathaway Road. The measure provides a two-year roadmap for the construction and maintenance of the transportation infrastructure.

Maintaining high quality roads in our local infrastructure is essential to the safety and quality of life in Boone County. This funding allows us to prioritize critical resurfacing projects, ensuring our roads are smooth and reliable. By investing in these improvements today, we are making our commutes safer for every resident and traveler on the road.

HJR 76 also allocated $602,000 to Boone County, with House District 66 receiving $120,000 of it for a critical road resurfacing project on Chinquapin Hill Road. The measure funds the Local Assistance Road Plan (LARP) with local projects dedicated to county and city road resurfacing projects, bringing critical improvements to communities across the Commonwealth.

I want to extend my sincere thanks to the Boone County Fiscal Court and the entire Boone County delegation in the legislature for their diligent partnership throughout the legislative process. By working together and standing united, we have ensured that our local priorities are brought to Frankfort. This collaboration is essential to delivering the results our community expects and deserves.

VETO OVERRIDDEN AND FILED WITH SECRETARY OF THE STATE: HB 78 IS NOW THE LAW OF THE LAND!

It is an honor to announce that the Kentucky House and Senate have officially overridden Governor Beshear’s veto of HB 78. Because of the bill's emergency clause, this protection for our Second Amendment industry takes effect immediately.

For too long, radical anti-gun groups have used "lawfare" to try to bankrupt the firearm industry through politically motivated lawsuits. They want to hold law-abiding manufacturers and sellers liable for the criminal acts of third parties, acts they have absolutely no control over.

But we the people stood firm and have put a stop to this!

I filed HB 78 because firearm manufacturers and sellers should not be held liable for the criminal acts of third parties the industry had nothing to do with. This bill brings Kentucky law in line with federal standards by protecting firearm and ammunition manufacturers, sellers, and trade associations from being held liable for the acts of third parties they had no control over.

Law-abiding businesses shouldn’t be targeted with politically motivated lawsuits that aim to cripple a vital industry and a constitutional right. We don’t sue Ford for drunk drivers, we shouldn’t sue the Second Amendment out of existence.

Now that it is enrolled, it is LAW!

Thank you to everyone who played a role in making this happen, especially James Reeves for creating the idea to ensure the protection of the 2A Industry is clarified and incorporated to the states, Aaron Reed Kentucky Senator #7 for carrying the bill in the Senate, Art Thomm for his tireless advocacy for the bill, every pro-gun organization who mobilized the grassroots in support of the right to keep and bear arms, and most importantly the PEOPLE for their insistence on essential liberty!

This is your win! This is the Constitution’s win!!
