All food trucks operating at the Hilltop Municipal Park need to have a permit issued by the Village of Frankfort. If you do not have a permit, please fill out the application that may be found here: https://www.villageoffrankfortny.gov/documents/

The application is titled "VOF: Food Truck, Vendor or Peddler Permit Application 2026."

Operating a food truck without a permit at the Hilltop is prohibited.

ELECTION NOTICE: The Village Election will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 for Two (2) Trustee positions for Four (4) Year terms.

The polls shall be open at the Village Hall, 110 Railroad Street, Frankfort, NY from 12:00 Noon until 9:00pm continuously.

ATTENTION FRANKFORT RESIDENTS:
The substation on S. Litchfield St. was struck by lightning. The power will need to be shut down for 3-4 hours to repair within the next half hour. Apologies for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and the team will have power restored as soon as possible.
