Today, my office released the inaugural Commonwealth Office of the Ombudsman Annual Report, highlighting how independent oversight is making a real difference for Kentucky families. Over the past 18 months, the Ombudsman has helped protect vulnerable Kentuckians, resolved thousands of complaints, and worked to improve accountability within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (CHFS).
