ASAP and Franklin County Health Department Harm Reduction program shared space and mission at the Recovery Cafe Walk and Celebration Saturday August 29th. Charlie Kendell of ASAP introduced city and county leaders to read a joint proclamation and highlight PAL which was in attendance and the Harm Reduction Program run by Abbi Peck.
