There have been a lot of great postings the last few days on the KY ESGR Air Guard Boss Lift and I'm thrilled that it was so well received by the Bosses. That's the target audience for ESGR, but I want to take this opportunity to make sure to recognize the efforts of my colleagues in ESGR, Our State Chairman, Mike Richie, our PAO Harry Wiley, Ray Latendresse, Marty Nemes, Benny Richardson, and Dave Mounkes. These guys are all fellow volunteers and devote a lot of their free time to ESGR and were a great help in executing this and other Boss Lifts. I also want to acknowledge the 123rd Airlift Wing and in particular my primary points of contact, SMSgt Philip Speck and 1Lt Devin Butcher, from the Resource Management office, MSgt Valorie Bourke and TSgt Jessica Gilkey and all the unseen folks in the Base Defense Operations center and the Wing Plans office. Without the efforts of all these people there would be no Boss Lift. And certainly, last but not least the folks at the U.S. Air Force Museum, they were terrific too. Thank you all!
