Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disabilities CCDD is a governor appointed council that consists of people with disabilities & family members.

CCDD is a dynamic mix of people with unique backgrounds & experiences. Members include 16 governor-appointed individuals with developmental disabilities and family members of individuals with DD, as well as representatives from major state agencies that serve people with DD.
