Paul Phillippe Resource Center

Paul Phillippe Resource Center PPRC provides services and programs for Clinton County Senior citizens aged 55 and up. There is a charge for some of the trips.

Paul Phillippe Resource Center is a senior center for residents of Clinton County that are 55 and older. There is no charge to come into the center for the activities such as bingo, cards, games, line dance, etc. Midland Meals uses PPRC as a meal site and provides lunch Monday through Friday (except some holidays). You can call Nelma from 9:30 until 12:30 to find out what the requirements are for

the nutrition program. We also run a public transportation program out of the center that is open to ALL residents of Clinton County that need a ride to medical appointments, to go shopping, to go to the beauty shop, or any other place you would like to go within the county. The suggested payment amount for a round trip ride within the city is $8.00, but remember, it is a suggested amount. We do ask that you pay whatever you can. When payments aren't made, then services sometimes have to be reduced. For more information, you can call PPRC from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
