Protect Yourself From Jury Scams
KY Court of Justice personnel or law enforcement officers will NEVER ask for a payment for failure to appear for jury service. If you receive a suspicious call, email or other communication from someone who claims to be a court employee or law enforcement officer and requests financial information, contact local law enforcement immediately.

Beginning Monday, June 2, court operations at 669 Chamberlin Ave. will temporarily relocate to the Administrative Office of the Courts at 1001 Vandalay Drive as flood recovery continues.

Some proceedings remain at the jail. Check schedules and locations before heading to court.

Attention New Jury Pool for July thru September 2025: If you prefer to hand-deliver your juror qualification form, please go to 669 Chamberlin Ave. until May 30.
After May 30, you may drop off your form at 1001 Vandalay Dr. You can always mail it to our mailing address 222 Saint Clair St. Frankfort KY 40601.

Due to catastrophic flooding, the Franklin Co. Courthouse will remain closed. All court proceedings are canceled April 14 through April 17. Court notices rescheduling court cases will be sent via regular mail. Please ensure your address hasn't changed in order to receive your new court date. The Circuit/District Court Clerk's office is receiving phone calls but is not open to the public. 502-564-7013. You may be able to pay your fine at kycourts.gov.
