Due to a power outage affecting portions of downtown Frankfort, some Village and Police Department phone services may be experiencing temporary disruptions.

If you have an emergency, please do not delay—call 911 immediately.

For non-emergency police-related matters, residents can contact our Dispatch Center directly at 815-485-2500, where personnel remain available to assist you.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore service. Updates will be provided as additional information becomes available.
