1339 hrs SEMRECC dispatched all Foxborough companies to a reported structure fire, 96 Main St. Upon arrival a smoke condition was found inside the unit located in the kitchen by E22 crew & found active fire in the wall, a working fire assignment requested. The fire was extinguished with a water can & single hose line. L26/R27 crews performed searches above/below the fire floor. E24 secured a water supply which closed down Main St/140 for a short time. A Wrentham Engine, Plainville Ladder were sent to the scene, a Mansfield Engine to cover, & Mansfield EMA to the scene for rehab.

All occupants were evacuated safely from their residences. No injuries reported.

Ladder 26 & Rescue 27 on scene of a dump truck overturned with debris field blocking all lanes of I495 SB at Exit 33 prior to I95.
MSP & Mass DOT have the scene.

Though it has been some years, Local 2252 is proud to announce our annual “Bowl A Strike for Muscular Dystrophy” bowling tournament is back!!!

The tournament will be returning to Howl Splitsville in Patriot Pl!

All proceeds raised during this event will be donated to the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The organization is responsible for funding research, advancing care, & advocating for those affected by the disease.

Group 1 On Duty

Engine 22 & Ladder 26 were dispatched to the area of Caton Rd for the Outside Fire at 1430hrs. Upon arrival a lawnmower/shed/shrubbery were involved with smoke & fire. One hose line was stretched & operated. A water supply was secured by a nearby hydrant. No injuries reported.
