Attorney Amy N. Azza is hosting a seminar on Tuesday, June 16 at 11:30 a.m. on how to create an emergency medical folder, what to include in them, and how to draft all the documents included (Health care Proxy, HIPAA Authorization, Durable Power of Attorney, Emergency Contacts and medical info, summary of insurance and key accounts, a short notice of their wishes in case something unexpected happens.) NARCAN TRAINING COURSE
The Foxborough Health Department is working with SAFE Coalition to offer Narcan Training courses free of charge. The next class will be held on Monday, June 29 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. (This class takes place on the last Monday of each month.) The training will provide a hands-on facilitation of how to use Narcan and how to respond to an overdose, including hands only CPR. We hope this gives community members the skills to respond to emergency situations. Class size is limited so please sign up in advance by calling the community center at 508-543-1234.
