The California Impact Republicans are focused on 21st Century Grassroots Politics. We Recruit Candidates, Equip Leaders, Expand the GOP and Give Real Support to Electing Republicans to office. Our establishing principle is to make a profound and positive impact on Republican politics in the State of California. The CIR's primary mission is to lead the way for the California GOP, away from the use
of outdated methods that have failed many Republican candidates. We are an action-based group and our leaders are evaluated on what they do to expand the Conservative Republican brand in the State of California. We expect our leaders to expand CIR, help train the next generation of CIR leaders and recruit candidates for local office. Our endorsements of Candidates are based on a thorough evaluation of several factors - Republican Bona-Fides (as laid out in our statement of values), commitment to expanding the Republican Party, the candidate’s past decisions and actions (if already in office) and commitment to expanding the Republican volunteer base. Our endorsement is intended to be a high standard of overall advancement of Conservative Republican Principles. Since we are an action-based group, we expect our own leaders to conform to the same standards of performance and governance that we intend to hold potential endorsees to. The CIR has a statewide governance structure with reasonable control at the local unit level. Our senior officers are elected through a unique process, ensuring that the CIR remains in the hands of the activists.
