This investment reflects continued confidence in Fountain Inn's growth and bright future. While construction is underway, Arthur State Bank is already serving customers from its temporary branch located at 106 N. Weston Street.

As Fountain Inn continues to grow, investments in infrastructure remain an important part of planning for the future.

Fountain Inn Natural Gas has officially begun a major infrastructure reliability project that will strengthen the city’s natural gas system and help support long-term energy needs for residents and businesses. The project includes installation of nearly 3 miles of new high-pressure steel gas line and is expected to continue through late 2026. Crews will work to minimize disruptions while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency throughout construction.

We appreciate the continued partnership between Fountain Inn Natural Gas, contractors, and the community as this project moves forward.

Today, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank the City of Fountain Inn Public Works team for everything they do to keep our community running smoothly each day. From maintaining roads and storm drains to caring for parks, repairing infrastructure, and collecting debris, their work plays a major role in the daily operations of our city.

Many of the events, gatherings, and spaces our community enjoys would not be possible without the hard work happening behind the scenes — often early in the morning, late at night, and in all kinds of weather.

We are grateful for the dedication, professionalism, and pride our Public Works employees bring to Fountain Inn every day. Thank you for all you do to help keep our city safe, clean, and moving forward.

This Memorial Day, the City of Fountain Inn joins our community and the nation in honoring the men and women of the United States Armed Forces who gave their lives in service. We remember the sacrifice behind our freedoms and recognize the families who carry that loss every day. As a city, we are grateful for their service and reflect with respect and appreciation on the legacy they leave behind.
Thank You.
