The second Fosston City Council meeting to discuss the Fosston Highway 2 construction project decision will be held tonight at 7:00 PM at City Hall.

The swing set is going in! 🎉

A huge thank you to our amazing Public Works crew for all their hard work getting everything installed. We are so lucky to have such a great crew — these guys truly are the best!

A little over a year ago, MnDOT informed the City of Fosston that the existing traffic signal no longer meets traffic-signal warrants. If you are on Wednesday’s garbage route in Fosston, please have your garbage cans out tonight or by 6:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.

Crews will begin Wednesday’s route early so the garbage truck can be taken in to finish repairs. Today, crews are working to complete both Monday’s and Tuesday’s routes.

The playground is officially OPEN! 💚

Seeing Owen and his friends enjoying the new playground is exactly what this project has always been about — creating a place where all kids can play, explore, and belong together.

We still have some finishing touches and dirt work to do around the outside, but the playground is ready. Thank you to everyone who helped make this dream a reality for our community. Now it’s time to play! ☀️
