The mission of CPTC is to provide help and hope to abused and neglected children and the caseworkers who serve them. hildren in foster care, strengthens families by providing emergency basic needs, and helps prevent child abuse and neglect by providing educational programs to clients, staff and the community. CPTC PROGRAMS AND SERVICES

Our mission is fulfilled by providing resources donated by caring community members, organizations, and corporations to better enable Child Protective Services to meet the needs of those whom they serve. Our 501(c)3 is a non-profit corporation composed of volunteers from the Tarrant County Child Protective Services Board and the community at large. We strive to make a difference for vulnerable children and families. THE RAINBOW ROOM
The Rainbow Room is a ray of hope for abused and neglected children. It is an on-site, emergency resource room stocked with items to assist Child Protective Services Caseworkers in helping families and children in crisis. In some cases, the Rainbow Room is able to provide families with supplies so that children can remain safe in their homes while CPS works with the family. S.A.V.E. stands for Student and Volunteer Efforts and is made up of university student interns whom provide case management to families and children. It is a child abuse and neglect prevention program which focuses on linking 'at-risk' families with much needed community resources and services. offers participating families assistance with a variety of services including: food, clothing, school supplies, counseling referrals, parenting skills, utility/financial assistance, and holiday assistance. HOLIDAY HOPE PROJECT
The Holiday Hope Project connects the community with Child Protective Service caseworkers whom are looking to fulfill Christmas wishes for children on their workload. The project begins in October and runs through Christmas- it benefits approximately 2,000 plus children a year in Tarrant County. For more information please call: 817-255-8820

CPTC'S ANNUAL COPS-4-KIDS 5K
Local Law Enforcement Agencies partner with CPTC to host a 5K & Fun Run to help fund special projects and requests for abused & neglected children throughout the year. The 5K is traditionally held in September at Trinity Park in Fort Worth, Texas. For more information please call: 817-255-8820

BACK TO SCHOOL SUPPLIES
With the financial help of Tarrant County and volunteers helping to pack supplies, CPTC is able to provide approximately 700 children within CPS with much needed

CPTC also funds on-site programs for CPS Clients such as drug education classes and parent support/learning groups.
