Prior planning prevents poor performance.
On July 25, 2026, Officer Selection Team Fort Worth conducted a mock E-Course run to simulate the E-Course each individual will run at OCS. This pool event tested each candidate’s physical fitness and mental toughness while also allowing growth in resiliency to internal and external pressure.
When motivation runs low, what will you decide to do? Be resilient and overcome the challenge? Or will you drown under the pressure?
