Customer Care provides assistance for non-emergency services such as Animal Care and Control, Code Enforcement, Environmental, Forestry, Graffiti, Parking, Public Property Mowing, Solid Waste, Stormwater, Streets, Traffic and general inquiries for the City Manager's Office.
𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟯𝟭𝟭 𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝘅𝘁 𝟴𝟭𝟳𝟯𝟭𝟭 - Once you see an issue, simply type in what you see, like a streetlight that is not working or park equipment in disrepair.

The text message will create a service request in MyFW for one of the City's departments to fix it. When the request is closed, you will receive a text telling you what was done to complete the request.
