Service Manager
Job Summary:
This individual will work with other managers and technicians in the service department including - Fire alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Nurse Call, Access Control, Backflows, Extinguishers, Hoods, Special Hazards, etc. They will oversee service technicians until each job is complete and do training as needed.
Job Requirements:
• Must have a Fire alarm license (FAL), Fire sprinkler license (RME-I), Fire extinguisher/Hood license (FEL- K) required for this position
• Approve and schedule service and inspection jobs for all technicians
• Help ensure training for technicians, project managers, etc. in nurse call, access control, and fire alarm for projects
• Maintain good relationships with customers to have good rapport and to know the status of each job
• Have weekly/bi-weekly/monthly meetings with team to encourage comradery among the group and to review the past week and status for the week ahead

Low Voltage Installation Technician
Job Summary:
This individual will work with their manager in the full installation of low voltage including: Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Nurse Call. They will report the status of each job to their manager daily/weekly from the beginning of each project with training as needed to the completion.
Job Requirements:
• Pull wire in new construction for Fire Alarm, Access Control, and Nurse Call
• Have a good understanding of reading and following construction plans
• Training for nurse call, access control, and fire alarm for projects is a part of your daily work
• Learn troubleshooting techniques
Benefits:
• Pay: $41,500

Service Technician
Job Summary:
• This individual will work with their manager in the full-service department including: Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Extinguishers, Hood Systems, Nurse Call, and Access Control. They will report the status of each job to their manager daily/weekly with training as needed to the completion of each service or inspection.
Job Requirements:
• Must have a Fire Alarm license (FAL) and Fire Sprinkler license (RME-I) and Fire extinguisher license/Hood License (FEL-K), or willingness to obtain a 3rd license
• Maintain good relationships with customers to have good rapport and to know the status of each job
• Turn in inspection reports and work orders daily for reporting and billing for managers
• Training for nurse call, access control, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and hoods jobs is a part of your daily work

Book Keeping
Job Summary:
This individual will work with other Department Heads (managers) in collecting contracts for ongoing installation and service job billing monthly until the completion of each job. They will call customers weekly for collections and billing. They will be responsible for inputting all bills and payables, including dates to keep all DFP payables current.
Job Requirements:
• Proficient in Quick books
• Work directly with Office Manager
• Ensure bills are being inputted and tracked per job
• Prepare weekly reports of Account Payable aging per job/vendor
• Prepare weekly reports of aging Accounts Receivable by job/customer
