Chuck Norris not only played the role of a Texas Ranger in the movie, Lone Wolf McQuade and in Walker Texas Ranger but he was also appointed as an Honorary Texas Ranger. His life outside of movies and television was humble and he spent a great deal of time working to keep kids away from drugs by initiating martial arts classes for them in schools around Texas and beyond. It is with great sadness that we hear of his passing. He touched millions of lives and will forever be in our hearts. Go rest high on that mountain, Ranger.

Rest in peace, Robert Duvall. He always said his favorite role was Gus in Lonesome Dove. He was also an Honorary Texas Ranger in real life and spent time with the real Texas Rangers and attended fundraisers as well. We will forever have you in our thoughts.
