Ohio's prison system accounts for more than 20% of its 12,919 confirmed coronavirus cases. Mass testing at the Marion Correctional Institution, seen here, found more than 1,800 cases.

No other state has reported as many cases of COVID-19 behind bars as Ohio, in large part because no other state has tested as many inmates.
